It's great to know that the hard work and dedication of the owner had been finally paid off. I hope that the success story of Copa Di Vino will inspire some of the businesses that there is no impossible if you will just be determined and try to make things possible. Perseverance, commitment and strong passions are just some of the main ingredients of success. Long lived Copa Di Vino! Hope that it will just be the beginning, we could then expect for a progressive operation in the few years to come. Government should encourage and gave much support to private and small business, it's better if they could provide financial assistance because additional financial resources will stabilize every business operation.

Kevin Cavenaugh actually created the first shared workspace in Portland at TENpod NE45th and Fremont. See tenpod.org

A second TENpod is housed in The Rocket building on 11th and E Burnside. Come check us out this Friday http://tenpod.org/events/

Originally conceived of by guerilla developer and architect Kevin Cavenaugh, the first TENpod created in 2005, is located in The Ode to Roses building in the Beaumont Neighborhood of Portland, Oregon. The TENpod empire was expanded in 2008 at The Burnside Rocket on E Burnside and 11th. A perfect convergence of Portland's creative talents and sustainability ethic, The Rocket is a LEED platinum building covered with art panels created by local artists. So it makes sense that the building is filled with Portland's notorious "creatives" and sustainability professionals.

The Rocket TENpod is a creative services coop comprised of 10 independently owned and operated businesses. We are architects, writers, designers, artists, business and marketing consultants, engineers, builders and more!
