Greetings!  The attached document has instructions on how to access the committee and group sections of the OEN Online Community.  Text only instructions are pasted below:

If you're an OEN volunteer, you have access to areas of Clearspace not normally visible to the average site viewer.  You should visit these areas since they are the repositories for business plan reviews, event updates and more.

One caveat for these instructions - you need to be registered in the community and granted the appropriate access rights in order to view the group/committee area.  If you have questions about this, please contact the OEN Admin at admin@oen.org.

Here are instructions for how to access the Committee areas (sub-groups) in Clearspace:

1. Log into the OEN Clearspace Community by clicking the "Login" button and entering your username and password

2. Once logged in, click on the “Communities” button.  A list of Committees and groups will appear, depending on your access rights to the group:

3. Click on the name of the group to access it.

4. Once done, you can explore the group area. Visit the Documents area of the group to review applications; start a discussion by clicking “Start Discussion” in the Actions box, and more. The online community has a lot of neat features, so feel free to “kick the tires,” so to speak, and let us know if you have any questions along the way.
