When a company enters into a lawsuit one of the key actions that can make or break a case is the retention of important documents. This is where OEN member Zapproved's new software, Legal Hold Pro, comes into play. Legal Hold Pro is a  web-based software that notify's employees which documents cannot be destroyed, the software can also track who agrees to hold the documents and who does not. Through this notification system management can be protected from systemic negligence because management can prove they contacted the parties involved regarding document retention.
